Transformers – Robots in Disguise (as shoes)

Straits Times dated 26 April, 2007 has released an article that introduces a new Transfomers toy, which instead transforms not into a vehicle but to a pair of sneakers. This latest toy is the result of the colaboration between Nike and Tomy Toys.

While it might look cool, the transformed sneakers can’t be worn. These shoes has already been launched in Japan and is going at an estimated S$33.

Gadget are mini interactive applications that allows you to have quick access to information. Unlikethe past where you are required to perform multiple operations before reaching the information you wanted, such as opening the web browser and navigate to the weather forecast website. Gadgets instead presents you with such information at a glance, without the need to open the web browser. Of course, other and presenting weather forecast, various different Gadgets allows you check on stocks, system information, etc.

Sidebar is the pane that houses the Gadgets on the side of the Windows Desktop. However, it is not necessary for the Gadgets to stay in the Sidebar only, you can actually move the Gadgets out of the housing to Windows Desktop.

OhMiBod, the next generation iPod accessory

After satisfying your sense of hearing with Ipod Music, visual with Ipod Video, the next you will get is for your sense of touch.

The OhMiBod vibrates to the rhythm of the music. To use it, simply plug it to your iPod (actually, any audio devices that has a mini jack will do, but the OhMiBod has the same iPod white) and your are off to go. So now thats a new definition of Plug & Play (think deeper into the words).
